La liste des 1.000 se nommera
dorénavant

Les membres du GIO ne seront plus
que 9 et ne voteront plus à propos des changements. Ils débattront et voteront
uniquement si une requête pour changer le règlement de manière importante (par
exemple, le principe d’égalité débattu actuellement) intervient.
Suggestion pour en réduire le nombre : président + un par pays pour F, B,
NL, I et E ; trois autres représentant les autres pays, la moitié avec au
moins 100 BIGs grimpés, l’autre moitié avec au moins
5 ans d’ancienneté. Obligation de 6 sur 9 pour
approuver un changement. Obligation de comprendre et s’exprimer en anglais.
Règles internes (élections, éjections,… à écrire).

JUGES DE
Un groupe de 6 VOLONTAIRES, différents
de ceux du GIO ci-dessus, de 6 pays différents, la moitié avec au moins 100 BIGs grimpés, l’autre moitié avec au moins 5 ans
d’ancienneté, régira les demandes de changements uniquement comme des JUGES en
fonction des 5 LOIS EN VIGUEUR. Plus de débats d’idées, simplement
l’application du règlement et des recherches d’infos pour l’appliquer.
Obligation de 4 sur 6 pour accepter un changement.
Obligation de comprendre et s’exprimer en anglais. Règles internes (élections,
éjections,… à écrire).

DE
Un petit groupe de VOLONTAIRES va organiser la promotion,
publicité des 1.000 B.I.Gs de la superliste

demander aux membres faisant partie d'un club d'en parler davantage à leurs
collègues

contacter des
revues traitant de cyclisme (revues papier, mais il en existe aussi sur internet),

référencement internet du site pour que les googlesearcheurs puisse le découvrir plus facilement,
autocollants du BIG collés sur les panneaux sommitaux…

Essayer de
développer des partenariats ponctuels (exemple : comme ce qui a été fait à
Trento : négociation avec un hôtel, camping ou un gîte à proximité d'une région
de BIG pour avoir une petite remise en contrepartie d'affichage de l'existence
de la superliste (petit autocollant sur la porte de
l'hôtel,…)

What will change
The list of
1.000 will become the SUPERLIST, because i twill be a stable list
with very few changes inside. The name
is easily translated in Superliste, superlista, superlijst,…

There will only be 9 members in the GIO and these members will
never vote anymore about the changes but about the eventual modifications of the rules if a request is asked in that
way. the

JUDGES
OF THE SUPERLIST :
A group of 6 VOLUNTEERS, différent that those of the GIO here above,
from six different countries, half of them with at least 100 BIGs climbed, the other half with at least 5 years in the challenge, will manage the requests to change a BIG, but only
like JUDGES according to the 5 PRESENT
ARTICLES of the rules. No
more debate, simply to apply the rules
by searching the precise informations. Obligation : a score of 4 on 6 to
agree a change. Obligation to understand
and write the english language.

One group of 2 VOLUNTEERS will manage the results in zone 12 just like JUDGES by verifying the claims according to the present rules
(>5.000m,…) and will sum up the past changes. No debate, simply
to apply the rules and to download
the climbs, the differences of level and also
the old climbs
deleted since the beginning of the challenge.
